Project Summary
As the population continues to grow in Wentzville, so did the need to expand retail services for the region. Wentzville Bend is a 60 acre site containing a large anchor development and pads for 10 outlot buildings. TR,i provided site planning services and full architectural work for tha majority of outlot buildings. The building design is consistent throughout the development with building materials including brick, split-face CMU, and EIFS with black metal canopies. Tenants include BJC Healthcare, Aspen Dental, Freddy’s, Crazy Bowls & Wraps, Jersey Mike’s, Treats Unleashed, Spectrum, and space for many additional options for the surrounding community.
