Project Summary
The multi-tenant Innovation Park Office Building has been designed for flexibility, durability and value. The single story building has approximately 24,000 gross square feet of area.
The building draws inspiration from a fundamental element of science and engineering, creating a dynamic form utilizing “force” to push and pull three sections of the floor plate. The lobby extends through the building binding the form and expressing the building entries. The lobby offers the opportunity to introduce natural light to the interior of the building via continuous clerestory glass on the north side of the lobby.
The 3.34 acre site was designed to effectively facilitate the purpose of the building as a multi-tenant office building. The Innovation Park Office Building has achieved LEED Silver certification by the USGBC.
