Project Summary
The Shane Company has moved from their location in Brentwood after they called on TR,i to design a new retail prototype design. The franchise’s new home is a nostalgic Mid-Century modern building originally built as a destination grocery store in Olivette, Missouri.
The building’s exterior was renovated to include new stone cladding as well as butt-glazed curtainwall accented with a custom “ghost-white” glass. The interior features Bridal and Fashion Showrooms, various lounge areas, and a diamond viewing area. The building also contains a training center, offices, and the first gold buying department for The Shane Co.
This renovated building provides a comfortable shopping experience for old and new friends alike.
