Project Summary

Declining sales and vacancies signaled a need for change.  The acquisition of an additional 11 acres allowed the developers to improve access and traffic flow in and around the site.  Redesigning the center with larger store formats attracted national lifestyle retailers.  Retention of the center’s original name and iconic signage assisted in maintaining the original neighborhood ambience.
