Project Summary
Located at the northeast corner of Hwy 54 and Jeffries Road just north of the Grand Glaize Bridge at the Lake of the Ozarks, the Oasis at Lakeport development is poised to become a regional destination. TR,i is designing the 15-story, 401 room Marriott Resort & Conference Center in Osage Beach, Missouri. In addition to the hotel and conference center, TR,i is also assisting with design on multiple buildings within the Oasis at Lakeport Amusement Park for restaurants, retail, entertainment, and offices. Between the hotel and amusement sites will be an indoor Water Park and 6 level parking garage.
