Project Summary
Preserve at Sycamore Creek is a new residential community development located at the intersection of Missouri Hwy 54 and Nichols Road in Osage Beach, Missouri. The project consists of multiple, 4-story, wood framed garden styled apartment buildings located on an approximate 22-acre site. The apartment buildings contain a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. This development is comprised of 2 building types repeated across the site providing 268 units with 432 beds, including a common area Clubhouse and Pool.
