Project Summary
Rosalita’s Cantina found a vacant former grocery store to become the home of their 3rd location which expands their footprint into St. Charles County. The 21,000 sf interior of the converted restaurant space is being designed around what will be a new focal point 7,300 sf patio. This patio and bar space as designed is more than double the capacity of the patio at the Des Peres, MO location. After splitting the front of the former grocery building for a separate retail tenant space, the rear of the building is being demised for another future tenant production space.
