Project Summary
Town and Country Crossing is a unique pedestrian friendly shopping center located in one of St. Louis’ most prominent communities. Featuring both national and local brands, in a blend of retail stores, restaurants, and business services, Town and Country Crossing offers a shopping atmosphere unlike any other in the area. Designed to be an easily walkable open shopping environment, Town and Country Crossing allows people to walk the promenade from store to store along the lake among trees and flowers. The almost three acre lake is one of the largest commercial water features in St. Louis and is accompanied by more that 1,200 trees and 5,000 shrubs that cover 50 percent of the development and saved the adjacent “post-oak savannah.” TR,i completed this design using the best materials and landscaping available, offering a signature look and feel to provide a distinctive experience in a beautiful environment.
